Cellular localization of p53 full length and its deletion mutants. MCF-7 cells were transfected with p53 constructs to overexpress p53 full length or its domain deletion mutants. p53-DsRed2 transfected cells labeled with anti-mtHsp70 were visualized by confocal microscope.
