Use Web of Science search. From the "Select a database" menu, choose All Databases instead of the Core collection, and the article will be fully searchable.

As of March 5, 2018, six hundred fifty-seven (657) Oncotarget articles are retrievable in this way (the last indexed issue is 8).

All articles are fully functional, and all metadata are available for all indexed papers.
